Rates

The rates for the rooms are per person and night, with half-board & lunch and tea/coffee break in the afternoon. Visitors' tax not included. All the other things that are included in the rates can be found in the section services included. 

We reserve the right to change the rates without further notice. 
When a new price list comes out, the previous ones are deemed invalid.

If you book a room from Sunday to Thursday or Friday, you will benefit from the 7-day price!

Rooms

Please note that within the various categories, the actual rooms may vary from the pictures and the respective plans that are shown.

In the case of a reservation of less than four nights, we cannot guarantee the room category. In the case of a reservation of four nights or more, we can guarantee the room category, but not a specific room number or floor. We would be pleased, however, to take note of your wishes and will do our best to fulfil them.

Of course, you can also book the apartments for two persons. Please note, however, that we reserve the right to charge you the full price for the apartment, i.e. the price for three or four persons.

Short and weekend reservations

... are possible upon request. Should it not be possible straight away, we would be pleased to assist you in finding an alternative date or to put you on a waiting list.

Discounts

The stay for children under 5 years of age is free. A baby cot is available for free upon request.

• We charge € 60.00 per night for a third person and € 35.00 per night for every additional person in all of the rooms and suites.
• In the apartments, we charge € 80.00 per night for a third person (16 years up) and € 60.00 per night for a fourth person.
• In the apartments, rooms and suites children from 5 to 15 years are considered third persons (€ 60.00 per night) and fourth persons (€ 35.00 per night).

You can also book the apartments for 2 persons. Please note that we reserve the right to charge the complete price for the apartment, i.e. for 3 or 4 persons. Surcharge for single occupancy: see the room categories.

Check-in and check-out

• On the day of your arrival as of 3:00 pm
• On the day of your departure until 11:00 am

If you would like to check out later than these times, please ask the reception desk. We will charge 50% of the room price for a check-out until 3:00 pm. As of 3:00 pm, we will charge the full price for the room.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome upon request and cost € 25.00 per night. We reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning surcharge of up to € 200.00. 
If the inventory is damaged, we reserve the right to settle the costs with your liability insurance for dog owners. 
Out of consideration for our other guests, your four-legged friend cannot access the Kulinarium restaurant, bath area, or sunbathing lawn. Dogs are allowed upon request in the Wirtshaus Was Guat´s vom Berg.

Other information

• Visitors’ tax: € 1.10 per person/night
• Car park: free
• Underground car park: € 6.00 per night

Restaurants 

• Half-board € If you do not choose to benefit from our 6-course menu as a guest of our house, we will credit  € 15.00 per person/evening on the room bill. Please inform the reception desk on the same day of the credit. The lunch and tea/coffee break is always included.
• À la carte For an extra charge of € 10.00 per person and evening, our guests can eat à la carte and as much as they like in the Tyrolean Inn „Was Guat’s vom Berg“!
• A culinary experience awaits you in the „Jungbrunnstube Gourmet“ restaurant. Let us seduce you to enjoy a pleasant evening in an interesting environment. We will credit € 15.00 per person and evening on your room bill. You either pay for your menu directly or have it charged to your room bill! Please book a table in advance!

Additional information:

Please note that the „Kulinarium“ is a non-smoking restaurant. Smoking is allowed in the conservatory of the Tyrolean Inn „Was Guat’s vom Berg“ as well as in the „Wein x 1“ bar.

Cancellation terms

If you cancel your stay up to three months before your scheduled arrival, 

no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations after this time limit, will be decided on an individual basis. We do, however, reserve the right to charge up to 80% of the booked room price if we cannot rent out the room otherwise. The same applies for late arrivals or premature departures. 

A cancellation protection of € 2.00 per person and night will automatically be taken out via the reservation. If you would rather not take advantage of this protection, please inform us accordingly.
