All of our programmes start with an initial consultation during which we will analyse your current stress status. Then, we will tell you which of the relaxation programmes would be best for you so that you can find the perfect balance between being active and resting, including what you can do at home.

Fitness check plus training plan

In the course of the initial consultation, all the relevant data for putting together your perfect training plan will be collected. We will perform a functional whole-body check, measure your body fat percentage, and define the optimum stamina training with a pulsimeter chronograph. Your personal trainer then uses these values to put together your personal training plan for more strength, stamina, and agility.

Personol training programmes

All of our programmes start with an initial consultation during which we will analyse your current situation. Then, we will compare this with your wishes and the present conditions in terms of time, space, and your physical situation in order to draw up realistic training goals. This is followed by the first training unit with your personal trainer. You will receive a folder with training documents that are to be based on your personal data for you to take home.

Conconi Threshold Test

This is for fat reduction, stamina training and determining the aerobic/anaerobic threshold. The test is based on the fact that the heart rate, in the aerobic range (usually between 100 and 180), increases linearly with regard to the load. If the heart rate increases further, the curve becomes flatter. According to Conconi, the deflection point in the heart-rate/load-curve corresponds to the anaerobic threshold.
