Three restaurants – the Kulinarium, the Grill, and the Wirtshaus – bring together alpine cuisine, honest indulgence, and creative diversity. Each venue has its own distinct character: from the refined play of aromas at the Kulinarium, to the smoky, warm nuances of the Grill, to the down-to-earth hospitality of the Wirtshaus.

These culinary experiences are accompanied by fine selections at the Weingeist, carefully curated and presented with passion. In the evening, the Bartreu bar completes the journey of indulgence – a place where conviviality, lightness, and special moments flow together naturally.

Kulinarium

Let yourself be taken away and inspired at the Jungbrunn Kulinarium. In the restaurant with panoramic views, head chef Martin Pöll delights guests with culinary highlights of the highest standard. Look forward to refinement for all the senses: traditional flavors and international trends presented in six outstanding courses, with choices such as calorie-conscious wellness cuisine or a fully vegetarian menu. Look forward to uncompromisingly simple, honest cuisine and discover the specialties of the Jungbrunn Grill. How about a juicy cut of meat, delicate fish, or crisp vegetables?
The best part: you can watch as your delights cook over glowing embers – everything is prepared on the open grill. A variety of sides and homemade bread complete the experience. As for the rustic ambiance and special details, we won’t reveal too much just yet. One thing is no secret, though: at the Jungbrunn Grill, there’s plenty of laughter – never whispers.

Wirtshaus

At the Jungbrunn Wirtshaus, our warm-hearted team serves authentic Tyrolean specialties made with regional products. In a cozy atmosphere with candlelight, ancient wood, and crackling fireplaces, you can truly taste the love for Tyrolean cuisine. Be sure to try our legendary Kaiserschmarrn as well. Enjoy your meal!
