Useful information regarding reservations (Terms & Conditions).

General information
All prices are quoted per person and per night, excluding local tax (currently € 3.50 per person/day). Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from local tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Arrival & departure
Rooms are available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Should you wish to check out later, please contact the reception to inquire about availability.
Departures until 3:00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of the room rate; departures after 3:00 p.m. will be charged at the full room rate.

Credit card payments
All credit card charges are processed in euros.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Short stays & weekend bookings
Short stays and weekend bookings are possible upon request. We recommend booking well in advance. Should your preferred dates not be available, we are happy to suggest alternative dates or place you on our waiting list.
For arrivals on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you may already use the Jungbrunn Spa wellness(t) (7,900 m²) from 1:00 p.m. onwards.
A surcharge of €70.00 per person applies, including our extensive breakfast buffet. Early registration is required.
For short weekend stays (1 or 2 nights with arrival on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday), a surcharge of € 10 per person/night applies.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome upon prior request only.
 Fee: € 30.00 per dog/night (without food).
 An additional final cleaning fee of up to € 200.00 may apply.
In the event of damage to inventory, we reserve the right to charge your dog liability insurance.
Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted in the Jungbrunn Kulinarium, Jungbrunn Grill, wet areas, or on the sunbathing lawn. Dogs are welcome in the Jungbrunn Wirtshaus upon request.
Please note that muzzles are mandatory on hiking buses and cable cars.

Rooms
Confirmation of specific room numbers or floors is not possible. However, we are happy to note your preferences and will do our best to accommodate them. This also applies to table requests in our restaurants.
Please note that variations in layout and furnishings may occur within the same room category compared to the images and floor plans shown.

Non-smoking policy
As a wellness hotel, all hotel rooms and restaurants are non-smoking areas.
A designated smokers’ lounge is available for our guests.

Packages
All packages are available year-round, except during Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, and Easter.

Cancellation, Changes & Travel Insurance
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before your confirmed arrival date.
Cancellations after this period will be reviewed individually. If the room cannot be rebooked, we reserve the right to charge up to 80% of the booked accommodation price. The same applies in the case of late arrival or early departure.
Please contact us if you are unable to travel – we are confident we can find a solution for your booking.
If you are unwell, we kindly ask you to reconsider your arrival for your own and our protection. Rebooking is currently possible free of charge at any time.
For rebookings, the following applies:
 The first rebooking is free of charge up to 10 days before arrival
– Any subsequent cancellation or rebooking will be subject to charges.

Travel Cancellation Insurance
In cooperation with European Travel Insurance, you may take out tailored travel cancellation insurance.

Payment with foreign currencies
When paying with foreign currencies, we apply the current daily exchange rate.

Cash or EC card / Maestro
Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express
Advance payments are possible. Please request our bank details in Austria or Switzerland.

Place of Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Reutte. Austrian law applies.
