After a short analysis of your current strain and stress condition, you will have the opportunity to try and learn physical (e.g. progressive muscle relaxation, Qi Gong, energy exercises from Tibet, Saham or something similar) and mental (e.g. singing bowl meditation, autogenic training, imaginary journeys or something similar) relaxation methods.

Power Plate

The Power Plate promises maximum results within a short period of time. The whole-body training device has been used by astronauts in order to compensate for the extreme conditions of zero gravity. Nowadays, the Power Plate is a popular training device for top athletes and stars who don't have much time.

Muscle reflexes are stimulated via vibrations in all parts of the body. This also trains the deep muscles and your balance. Training on the Power Plate is ideally suited to reduce body fat, as well as for rehabilitation and prevention, or strength training.

Power Plate

Cardio fitness check

When it comes to reducing body fat and cardio training it is important to train smart instead of hard. The Conconi test will help to determine the aerobic / anaerobic threshold. We will measure your heart rate during a cardio training on a treadmill or ergometer bike and we will increase the intensity of the training step by step. Until the aerobic zone is reached, the heart rate increases linearly and from that point it levels off again. According to Conconi, the bend in the heart rate performance curve corresponds to the anaerobic threshold.

With a pulsimeter and by knowing your personal aerobic threshold, you can optimally arrange your workout - with long and slow, as well as short and intensive training units.

The strength check tests the most important body regions such as legs, back, shoulders, chest and arms on our strength equipment. We can then determine your maximum strength and provide you with training recommendations regarding intensity, load, duration, and breaks.

Your main goal of increasing strength, building muscle mass, or improving your strength endurance can be optimally realised. We would love to assist you by introducing you to our equipment and allowing you to experiment with training in our power gym.

We investigate the state of your entire physical well-being. Your body fat percentage, body water percentage, muscle mass, and blood pressure will be measured.
